Whether you live up in Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Dillon, Georgetown, Idaho Springs, or Evergreen it’s freezing time! Have you blown out your sprinkler systems? Have you disconnected outside water hoses? How about winterizing those outside faucets? Just a little bit of time that will save you a lot of money and frustrations. Now if you live in a house that has problems with pipes freezing, there are some things you can do. If you know that you have this problem every year than check the weather temperatures for overnight and if its going to be extremely cold, leave a slight stream of water on in your sink. (make sure it’s not plugged-you don’t want other types of problems).
